Step 5
Viewing and offers
Viewings are done at a time and day that is convenient to you. Our team will provide you with detailed feedback within 24 hours. When offers come in, our team will qualify (make sure the buyers can proceed with ease) the buyers to ensure a smooth process. We will help you negotiate terms, including price, completion date, and any additional conditions or contingencies.
Step 6
Accept an offer
Once you’ve accepted an offer, instruct your solicitor or conveyancer to proceed with the legal documentation and paperwork required for the sale.

Completion and handover
On the agreed completion date, the buyer’s solicitor transfers the purchase funds to your solicitor.. When contracts are exchanged and the monies transferred, your property has officially been sold. Hand the keys over and then it’s time to pop open the bubbly!
Step 11
Post-completion tasks
After completion, your solicitor will help with tasks such as paying off any outstanding mortgage, settling any fees or taxes, and arranging for the final transfer of ownership with the relevant authorities.
