The process
Step 1
Determine your requirements
Start by identifying your needs and preferences for a rental property. Consider factors such as location, budget, size, amenities, and any specific features you require.
Step 2
Find a property with us
Register with us, so you can be notified of any new property listings which come to the rental market. Take note of important details like rental prices, property descriptions, and contact information.
Step 3
Schedule property viewings
Visit the properties in person to get a better sense of their condition, layout, and overall suitability for your needs.
Step 4
Complete rental applications
If you find a property you’re interested in, complete the rental application provided by us. The application typically requires personal information, employment details, and references. Be prepared to provide necessary documentation, such as proof of income and identification.
Step 5
Review the lease agreement
If your application is accepted, carefully review the lease agreement. Pay attention to clauses regarding rent, lease duration, maintenance responsibilities, and any restrictions or rules you need to abide by as a tenant. Seek clarification on any unclear terms or conditions.
Step 6
Sign the lease and pay deposits
Once you are satisfied with the lease agreement, sign it and arrange to pay any required deposits, such as security deposits or first month’s rent. Make sure you understand the payment methods and due dates.
Step 7
Collect your keys!
